1.) Winch Hose Pulley System - Easy access, you can change, replace or service in less than an hour. Hoses run on individual pulleys. This feature greatly extends the life of the hose. When the time comes to service them, they are extremely accessible.Total man hrs to change the Winch Hoses are less than an hour!
2.) Stationary Light Bar Pylon/Hydraulic Reservoir - Our Light Bar Pylon is Stationary. The Light Bar Wiring Harness does not move in the bed. No Folding Wires, which eliminates many wiring issues. Our Pylon is also our Hydraulic Tank. It's not hidden under the bed. You can always add oil to the system, no matter where the bed is positioned. Our 19' Bed offers the same usable Bed space as a 21' Bed. When the Light Bar Pylon is mounted on 21' Bed, it greatly reduces the usable space.
3.) Bed Wear Pad System - Our Wear Pads have an estimated life of 10,000 plus cycles! Bed Wear Pads can be changed in about an hour, WITH OUT REMOVING THE BED!
