ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

BACK ORDER ITEMS

Back Ordered Items are items that were not available at time of order shipment. Back ordered items will not deliver within typical shipping time-frames. We can not set expectations of delivery time-frames for back ordered items, at time of order or shipping.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

SHIPPING DELIVERY

Shipment of all products ordered via the online store is done from Detroit Wrecker Sales or one of Detroit Wrecker Sales suppliers. Detroit Wrecker Sales uses various courier companies to deliver products throughout the United States and Canada. Detroit Wrecker Sales is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment by Ground Courier can take up to 6 business days for delivery or Express Courier which can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days. U.S. and Canadian mail orders can take up to 10 business days from day of shipment.

The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.

PAYMENT

Payments accepted for items purchased via the online store are: credit card, money order and personal check. Credit Cards accepted are VISA and Mastercard. Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and Detroit Wrecker Sales shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address.

Payments by Check or Money Order are accepted but items ordered will not be shipped out until payment clears the bank or financial institution. Custom orders will not be placed until payment clears the bank or financial institution. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address.

TAXATION

All prices do not include charges for taxes. Detroit Wrecker Sales is obligated to collect sales tax for deliveries within the State of Michigan. The customer is responsible for sales tax and all other taxes associated with the order.

RETURN POLICY

Unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. You must receive an Return Merchandise Authorization from Detroit Wrecker Sales before sending any products back. Products being returned must be in "new" condition and must be re-sellable. All returned products must be sent back with shipping charges prepaid by the customer and Return Merchandise Authorization number clearly written on shipping label.

Shipping Damage. All items shipping from Detroit Wrecker Sales or one of Detroit Wrecker Sales's suppliers is sent out as new condition. If product has been damaged in transit, DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN FOR THE PRODUCT as this constitutes your acceptance of a clear delivery! If you believe the product is damaged and is unusable then DO NOT ACCEPT THE PRODUCT, and refuse the delivery. If you decide to accept a damaged item from the delivering courier, make notes of damaged area(s) on the delivering couriers bill of lading.

Custom items are considered "one of a kind" and can not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
